Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery - RJ Ebbole Restaurants in Indiana is seeking friendly servers to provide warm, efficient service and memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, answer questions and suggest menu items with genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality/customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Basic math and POS systems ability.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interactions
• Greets guest in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station.
• Welcomes guests upon seating with a non-scripted greeting.
• Using menu knowledge, offers menu suggestions, answers questions and anticipates guests’ needs.
• Deliver Hot Food – check completed orders for accuracy, appearance and temperature.
• Deliver Perkins Service – ensure guest satisfaction with hospitality and thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain dining area – keep tables and station clean and restocked.
• Attends to any additional guests’ needs or requests.
• Maintains cleanliness of stations and pantry.
• Follows service cycle and communicates with Manager on Duty.
