Job summary

Massage Envy Bakersfield Marketplace is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences in Bakersfield, CA. You will educate clients on Total Body Care, book services, and guide homecare retail purchases based on provider recommendations.

You will greet clients, answer calls and emails, and support clinic flow to grow a loyal client base. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with day, evening, weekend hours and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build guest relationships.
• Knowledge of massage/skin care services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Total Body Care and the Wellness Program; book services.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
