Job summary

Massage Envy Powell, located at 4028 Powell Road, Powell, OH 43065, is hiring enthusiastic team members to join our wellness focus. We value passion, growth, and YOU as part of our community.

In this role you will deliver outstanding customer service, educate clients on services and the Wellness Program, book appointments, and promote homecare retail purchases. You will help greet clients, manage scheduling, answer calls and emails, and support a growing member base both in-store and by outreach.

Qualifications

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a member base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.
