Job summary

Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel is seeking a Guest Safety Officer for the 2nd shift in Oak Grove, KY. You will help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff across gaming and hotel operations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and prior security or customer service experience is valued. A valid Kentucky gaming/racing license is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, security, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel, casino, or entertainment environment is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist team members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a visible presence across the property to promote safety and hospitality.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report hazards to leadership.
• Respond calmly to incidents and assist with transporting money/chips per procedures.
• Work with departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
