Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Security Officer to serve as a visible, professional point of contact for guests, vendors, and team members. The role emphasizes safety, assistance, and strong guest service in a fast-paced, regulated casino environment.

Responsibilities include patrolling the property, monitoring cameras, performing access control, and writing detailed incident reports. Requires 21+ years old, clean driving record, CPR certification, and flexibility to work nights, weekends,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one year of law enforcement, military, or EMT experience highly preferred.
• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Have current CPR certification or be able to obtain certification within 90 days of the hire date.
• Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting good judgment.
• Able to work with changing priorities and multiple tasks.
• Previous guest service experience.
• Computer literacy required.
• Report writing skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service; assist guests by giving directions and answering questions in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Patrol the casino, hotel, and surrounding assets as needed.
• Monitor cameras and alarms.
• Write detailed incident reports.
• Check bags and vehicles.
• Provide escorts and transports of all types, including Members with monies.
• Act as a first responder during emergencies and provide first aid/CPR until help arrives.
