Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Casino Surveillance Operator to monitor the casino floor using advanced surveillance systems and to identify potential security threats. The role requires documenting incidents, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and assisting investigations as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of surveillance experience at a luxury resort, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Nevada gaming standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in surveillance operations for a luxury resort.
• Familiar with Nevada Gaming Standards and Regulations.
• Knowledge of surveillance software and casino procedures.
• Ability to lead and protect Fontainebleau Las Vegas assets.

Responsabilités

• Utilize surveillance equipment to observe the casino in real time.
• Detect and document suspicious activities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor tables, slots, cash transactions, and prevent cheating or fraud.
• Document irregularities and report to management and regulators.
• Assist law enforcement with video evidence when required.
• Coordinate with security to respond to incidents promptly.
• Maintain records of surveillance activities and observations.
• Stay current with gaming regulations and surveillance technology.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
