Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Officer in the Security department to provide outstanding guest service while maintaining safety across the property. You will patrol assigned areas and respond promptly to incidents to protect guests and assets.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and a minimum 21 years of age with eligibility for work cards. A High School diploma or GED is required, and a training academy will be completed after hire.

Qualifications

• Reads and speaks English; communicates effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adheres to all company, department and Gaming Control Board rules and procedures.
• Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work any day and shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property.
• Periodically patrol assigned areas to ensure guest safety and protect assets.
• Answer Guests' questions reflecting knowledge of the department and property.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Escalate emergencies to Supervisors and Directors as needed.
