Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a Tower Turndown Attendant to clean, stock, and provide turn-down service for guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will assist the Lobby Attendant with guest requests and help place daily amenities and retrieve rooms as needed.

Ideal candidates may have a high school diploma; previous experience is preferred but not required. This role involves lifting up to 50 lbs; EEO/AA employer and pre-employment drug testing are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide turn-down service by preparing beds and replenishing amenities.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip and make beds, change bed linens.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges and shelves.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash.
• Sign for keys, retrieve items and restock heavy cart.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
