Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Must communicate clearly in English
• Must pass pre-employment alcohol and drug testing
• Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain linen closets and housekeeping supply areas
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms
• Assist with making beds and preparing guest rooms
• Restock guest room attendant carts with linens, amenities and supplies
• Vacuum hallways and clean assigned common areas
• Prepare rollaway beds, playpens and other guest-requested items
• Deliver linens, towels, amenities and other items to guest rooms
• Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
• Assist Room Attendants and other housekeeping team members
• Assist with special cleaning projects and other assigned duties
