Job summary

Residence Inn Greenville is seeking a detail oriented Room Inspector to uphold cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a team-driven environment.

You will train housekeeping staff, administer guest satisfaction inspections, and plan schedules with minimal guest disruption while promoting responsive service and safety awareness throughout the property.

Qualifications

Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Maintains BRAND cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas and inspects them to ensure that standards are met.
Trains staff in housekeeping including guest service.
Administers guest satisfaction inspection procedures and reports.
Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimal disruption to guests.
Responds promptly to guests’ needs with a focus on satisfaction.
Encourages staff to deliver great guest service and be responsive to guests’ needs.
Ensures housekeepers know responsibilities and manage against those responsibilities.
Recognizes and corrects conditions that may create security, fire, or accident hazards.
