Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas and back of house.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning techniques, brand standards and regulations.
• Report maintenance problems to Engineering through proper channels.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Attend department meetings and maintain professional conduct with guests and associates.
• Write shift reports including incidents and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Participate in special projects and assigned tasks; assist in task forces and committees.
