Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts in Warwick, RI is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas.

You will dust, vacuum, change linens, restock supplies, and ensure bathrooms are sanitized, while providing courteous guest service. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training provided and hotel discounts available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related role.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned rooms.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms including fixtures and amenities.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, surfaces, and decor.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Keep an eye out for lost items and report them to the supervisor.
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to inquiries as needed.
• Respect guests' privacy and maintain security procedures.
