The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and to push carts, with strong communication skills for guests and team cooperation.

• Clear communication of hotel services to guests, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms and public areas meeting cleanliness standards.
• Retrieves items, restocks supplies, and maintains carts and storerooms.
• Cleans fixtures, walls, and surfaces to keep rooms presentable.
• Remakes beds with fresh linens and checks for cleanliness under beds.
• Vacuums and cleans carpets, inspects locks and room equipment for safety and maintenance.
• Reports missing items, damages, or safety hazards to supervision.
• Maintains a friendly, cheerful demeanor at all times.
