Job summary

Extended Stay America in Redlands, CA is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to join our hotel team. You will clean guest rooms in accordance with brand standards, restock supplies, and report maintenance or safety issues to the front desk. No prior experience is required.

Training will be provided. You will contribute to a clean, comfortable guest experience by adhering to procedures, communicating effectively with the manager and staff, and upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms if necessary and or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical.
