Job summary

Extended-Stay-Hotel in Orlando is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with our standards. You will help ensure a comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, and you will work closely with front desk and management.

You will maintain carts and laundry areas, stock supplies, report maintenance issues, assist guest requests, and complete required training. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, cart rooms, and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assist guests and respond to requests whenever possible.
• Comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete all required Extended Stay University training.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
