Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with good time management and teamwork.
• Good communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned hotel areas according to brand standards and procedures.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and guest supplies while keeping rooms refreshed and guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance needs during shifts.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, storage areas, and workspaces in an orderly state.
• Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, safety concerns, and room status updates promptly.
