Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hotel, cleaning, janitorial, or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned areas per brand standards.
• Replace linens, towels, amenities, and supplies; ensure rooms are refreshed and guest-ready.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, presentation, maintenance issues, and readiness across shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts, closets, linen areas, and workspaces.
• Report maintenance issues, lost items, safety concerns, and room status promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and housekeeping service needs.
• Follow sanitation, chemical handling, and safety policies at all times.
• Support deep cleaning, room inspections, VIP arrivals, and special tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering teams.
