Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Expotel Hospitality Service standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and nametag.
• Comply with Expotel Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Attend to all duties with attentiveness, courtesy, and helpfulness to guests and staff.
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and prepare housekeeping cart for use.
• Restock supplies and equipment for next shift.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
