The Room Attendant at Holiday Inn Express ensures guest rooms are clean, safe, and welcoming, reflecting the brand’s commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes attention to detail, efficient service, and adherence to brand standards while working with the housekeeping team.

You will follow established cleaning procedures, maintain rooms and corridors, and respond promptly to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outrageous Hospitality by greeting guests and responding to requests with urgency and positivity.
• Make Everything Sparkle by cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards.
• Follow Brand Standards for cleaning techniques and safety.
• Safety, Security & Asset Protection including proper handling of keys and guest belongings.
• Teamwork, Communication & Collaboration with housekeeping, front desk and maintenance.
