Holiday Inn Express is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team. You will attend to guest rooms with integrity and attention to detail, ensuring clean, inviting spaces for guests and upholding our brand standards.

Responsibilities include providing fresh towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and responding to guest requests with professionalism. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; ability to work quickly without compromising quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
• Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Able to be on your feet all day with light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, replacing towels, etc
• Carefully inspect all rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards
• Report any damages to the rooms
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
• Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
