Job summary

Holiday Inn Express Versailles is seeking a hotel housekeeping associate to maintain clean rooms, corridors and public areas to meet health standards. The role involves multi-site cleaning duties, restocking supplies, and safe handling of linens and waste.

You will work as part of a team to ensure guest comfort and property safety. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts.
• Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
• Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
• Perform all other job-related duties on an as-needed basis.
