Job summary

Pacific Palms Resort in the United States is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper responsible for the overall cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms and hallways. You will report maintenance issues, ensure beds and amenities meet standards, and maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all assigned guest rooms and hallways.
• Clean beds, dust ruffles, and duvets to standard.
• Ensure correct number of towels and amenities per policy.
• Report maintenance issues and room status accurately.
• Keep guest rooms free of dust and debris and maintain bathrooms.
• Place guest room amenities neatly and professionally.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Greet guests and assist as needed and participate in pre-shift meetings.
