Job summary

The Cooper in Charleston is seeking a Room Service Assistant Manager to support the Room Service department in delivering food and beverages to guest rooms and maintaining high service standards. You will assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff, while addressing guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

You will collaborate with the Room Service Manager on menu development and promotions, and monitor costs to meet budget guidelines.

At The Cooper, the Room Service Assistant Manager supports the Room Service department in overseeing all aspects of the room service operations, including the delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
