Athena Hospitality Group in Covington, KY seeks a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways and public areas, stocking carts, replacing linens and replenishing supplies while following hotel standards.

This role requires attention to detail, clear communication with guests and team, and the ability to work calmly in a busy hotel environment. Deep cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with brand standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming including proper uniform and name tag per brand standards.
• Comply with brand standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• May be required to disassemble furniture or items in the guest room to conduct deep cleaning.
• Deep cleaning tasks may include changing the AC filter and cleaning the AC coils.
