Job summary

Cape Resorts is seeking a housekeeping professional at Sandpiper Beach Club in Cape May, NJ to clean and sanitize guest rooms and maintain room readiness. The role involves following schedules, clocking in/out, and ensuring guest rooms meet cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Maintain consistency from room to room.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Report to work as schedules in proper uniform.
• Clock in/out on company's time system.
• Organize housekeeping cart and storage closet.
• Remain friendly and out going towards guest at all times.
• Report to supervisor any unsafe condition in guest room or hotel hallways.
• Make sure that all guest amenities and supplies are in the proper place in each room.
• Ensure every room is free of debris and dust.
• Remove all soiled linen from hallways after completing each assigned guest room if a floor houseman is not scheduled.
