Job summary

Cape Resorts Group seeks a detail-oriented team member to support housekeeping by removing and stocking guest room linen and towels from the laundry department. You will keep closets organized and maintain a friendly presence with guests.

Responsibilities include organizing closets daily, collecting towels for cabanas, reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors, and adhering to uniform and scheduling requirements. Reliability and guest-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Remove and stock guest room linen and towels from the laundry department.
• Organize guest room closets daily.
• Collect and stock beach/cabana towels as requested.
• Report to supervisor any unsafe condition in guest rooms or hotel hallways.
• Follow scheduling and wear proper uniform; clock in/out on the time system.
• Remain friendly and outgoing toward guests.
