HMP Properties, LLC is seeking a diligent Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms in accordance with policy standards at Aquia Harbour, VA. You will perform daily cleaning and report issues to the Executive Housekeeper.

Responsibilities include changing bed linen daily, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring standard room setup. You will also handle lost and found items and assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Change bed linen daily.
• Vacuum carpeting.
• Dust all furniture (frames, beds, lamps, TVs, dressers).
• Remove fingerprints and smudges (mirrors, shiny surfaces, windows).
• Thoroughly clean the bathroom area (shower stall, sink, floor, toilet).
• Ensure standard room setup is complied with.
• Report immediately any room damage or missing items.
• Notify Executive Housekeeper of rollaways or cribs in rooms for pickup/storage.
• Take responsibility for pass key and return daily.
• Turn in lost and found items to Executive Housekeeper.
• Report unusual situations to Executive Housekeeper.
• Shut off lights, TVs and AC when leaving room.
• Assist housekeeper with additional cleaning chores.
