Job summary

Lotus Hospitality Management is seeking a Hotel Room Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and comfortable. You will perform cleaning duties across guest rooms and hotel spaces, restock amenities, and maintain high cleanliness standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires thorough cleaning, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment. On-site work and flexible hours are typical in hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality cleaning service in public hotel areas
• Service guest bedrooms in floor/section to the required standard
• Restock/replace items in rooms and bathrooms that have run out or need replacement
• Make beds professionally following standard procedure
• Service bathrooms by cleaning surfaces, bins, glass, floors, shower, bath, basin, and toilet
• Dust and polish hard surfaces to achieve a quality sheen
• Vacuum bathrooms, bedrooms, corridors, stairs, and lifts; check vacuum bags weekly
• Keep service area well stocked with necessary products and kept clean
• Report equipment or light bulb damage promptly to supervisor or manager for action
• Provide professional personal service, including shoe cleaning, ironing, and minor clothing repairs
• May be directed to pack guest luggage
• May perform regular deep cleaning of all hotel areas as instructed
