Hotel Equities is seeking a friendly Room Attendant to join our team in ensuring clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas. The role supports hotel operations and guest satisfaction with attention to detail and efficient service.

The position emphasizes following standards, working with the team, and handling guest needs promptly. Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required to meet guest demands.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and hotel cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous guest-service skills.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and special housekeeping needs.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property responsibly and according to company procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and work areas in an organized condition.
• Follow proper chemical handling, sanitation, safety, and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to appropriate hotel departments.
• Support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
