Hotel Equities seeks a friendly Room Attendant to join our team in a guest-focused role. You will maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas, ensuring consistent cleanliness and readiness for guest stays.

The position emphasizes attentive service, reliability, and adherence to brand standards within a team-driven environment. This role supports hotel operations, handles guest requests with courtesy, and contributes to a positive guest experience across shifts including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel settings preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and courteous guest-service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and other spaces per hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish supplies, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness or maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and special housekeeping needs.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property per company procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies and work areas in an organized condition.
• Follow chemical handling, sanitation, safety and infection-control procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to hotel departments.
• Support the team in meeting productivity, quality and guest satisfaction.
