Lm Services Corporation is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeper to clean guest rooms to high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. You will strip and change linens, dust surfaces, and maintain public areas while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include reporting maintenance, assisting with towels, amenities, and coordinating with supervisors as needed; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push equipment is required for safe daily tasks.

Qualificações

• Ability to push/pull equipment weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms overhead.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Basic English to understand labels and instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and cleaning agents.
• Spot clean stains on walls, doors, carpet and furniture.
• Strip and make beds, change bed linens which may require lifting bedspreads up to 40 pounds.
• Change all bed linen including bed skirt, mattress topper and pillow protector as needed.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and shelves; check under bed for debris.
• Maintain cleanliness of public spaces: lobby, restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout rooms and empty trash; replenish amenities and linens.
• Sign for keys, retrieve items, and push cart up to 150 pounds.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and report repairs to supervisor.
• Greet guests in hallways, offer assistance, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supportive functions may include responding to guest requests and participating in team tasks.
