Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms to brand and cleanliness standards. You help create a safe, fresh, and comfortable environment that supports excellent guest experience.

You will work a day shift, maintain supplies, follow safety guidelines, and provide friendly service to guests. No experience is required; on-site training is provided. EOE

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms including bathrooms, floors, and living areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
• Remove trash and used items following safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance needs or room issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies, and work areas.
• Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Provide friendly service when interacting with guests.
