The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable Guest Room Preventive Maintenance & Deep Cleaning Technician to keep guestrooms and public spaces clean, functional, and ready to impress. This full-time daytime role combines preventive maintenance with detailed cleaning alongside Engineering and Housekeeping teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues before guests notice them.
• Comfortable performing basic maintenance and repair tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled guest room preventive maintenance programs (CARE, RPM, GCPM).
• Inspect guestrooms for maintenance or cleanliness issues and perform minor repairs.
• Patch small wall holes and touch up paint; inspect bathrooms for grout and finishes.
• Replace light bulbs and other minor electrical components; ensure room fixtures work.
• Perform detailed guest room cleaning per Marriott Power of Clean standards in rooms and public spaces.
• Identify and report larger maintenance concerns to Engineering; maintain organized work area.
