Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel in Bloomington, MN is seeking a dependable Guest Room Preventive Maintenance & Deep Cleaning Technician. This full-time daytime, on-site role combines preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and detailed cleaning to keep guestrooms and public spaces clean, functional, and ready to impress guests.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
Detail-oriented and able to identify issues early.
Able to work independently and manage rooms efficiently.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduled guest room preventive maintenance programs (CARE, RPM, GCPM).
Inspect guestrooms and identify maintenance or cleanliness issues before guests notice them.
Perform minor repairs (tightening hardware, toilets, fixtures) and patch small wall holes.
Patch walls and touch up paint; inspect and repair grout, caulking, finishes in bathrooms.
Replace light bulbs and other approved minor electrical components; ensure all fixtures work.
Move furniture to access areas and perform thorough cleaning under and behind.
