Arbor Lodging is seeking a Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience for guests. The role involves making beds, restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining orderly public areas.

You will respond politely to guest inquiries and work both independently and with a team. Qualifications include a secondary school diploma (preferred), hotel-related experience a plus, and a professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma preferred.
• Previous hotel-related experience desired.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products is a plus.
• Professional attitude is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds.
• Dust rooms and furniture.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies.
• Clean the bathroom.
• Clean the closet.
• Vacuum and rack the carpet.
• Check and secure the rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests (e.g. iron and ironing boards).
• Ensure public areas, such as hallways, are cleaned and orderly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Manage guest calls, requests, & complaints in the area assigned.
