• Demonstrates 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms adhering to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed per management directions.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
