Responsibilities include using proper safety practices, handling lost-and-found items, and assisting during peak periods. A high school diploma is preferred, and previous housekeeping experience is required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time frames.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust surfaces.
• Notify management about repairs in guest rooms.
• Process items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Assist as needed during peak times or when short staffed.
• Strive to improve guest satisfaction scores and overall experience.
