Qualifications

• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and any shift.
• Must pass background check and secure a gaming license per Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission.
• Must pass Title 31 exam and pre-employment drug test.

SUMMARY:Responsible for supervising hotel housekeeping staff and overseeing daily guestroom operations to ensure maximum productivity, quality standards, and superior guest satisfaction. Conducts daily room inspections after cleaning to maintain brand standards. Manage staff performance, scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies, while coordinating with vendors to secure competitive pricing. Cross trained in Opera and provides Front Desk coverage as needed.
