Job Location: ROBINSON RANCHERIA RESORT & CASINO - NICE, CA 95464

SUMMARY: Responsible for supervising hotel housekeeping staff and overseeing daily guestroom operations to ensure maximum productivity, quality standards, and superior guest satisfaction. Conducts daily room inspections after cleaning to maintain brand standards. Manage staff performance, scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies, while coordinating with vendors to secure competitive pricing. Cross trained in Opera and provides Front Desk coverage as needed. Must be flexible to support a 24-hour operation, including working holidays and weekends, and filling in whenever needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate daily duties to employees.
• Daily inspection of hotel rooms cleaned by Guest Room Attendants.
• Investigate all complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment.
• Routinely schedule hotel deep cleaning schedule.
• Manage and train new hires to ensure excellent performance standards.
• Conduct 90-day performance reviews.
• Manage inventory control of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Contact maintenance regarding urgent repairs.
• Check Guest Room Attendant's carts for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness.
• Create and distribute weekly work schedule.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–3 years’ housekeeping experience required.
• Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carry push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and any shift.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER

• Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
• Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment drug test.
