Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and stock with appropriate supplies following safety and security procedures.
• Pick up trash and change linen; clean bathrooms and dust rooms.
• Sweep, mop, and tidy rooms including windows and balcony surfaces.
• Retrieve and store housekeeping carts per procedures; manage keys and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Report missing items or mechanical issues to the Senior Housekeeper.
