LBA Hospitality in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to maintain guest rooms to brand standards and assist in hotel upkeep. You will work with a team to ensure rooms are guest-ready, handle linens and supplies, and uphold safety protocols daily.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and the ability to follow procedures while delivering friendly, professional service to guests and coworkers.

Competenze

• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures with honesty and trustworthiness.

Mansioni

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms to brand standards and daily status updates.
• Maintain grooming, uniform standards, and professional appearance.
• Follow cleaning procedures and training checklists consistently.
• Assist with maintaining other hotel areas in clean and orderly condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries; protect guest privacy.
• Learn and use computer systems for daily tasks (Quore, Hotel Effectiveness, etc.).
