Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms to brand standards while protecting guest privacy. You will organize supplies, assist with safety procedures, and provide friendly, professional service to guests and coworkers.

On-site role with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. Join a team focused on cleanliness and guest comfort across the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must follow safety procedures and maintain guest privacy.

Responsibilities

• Clean vacant and occupied guest rooms to quality standards.
• Make beds, replace linens and towels, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock supplies.
• Follow procedures, checklists, and sanitation requirements.
• Organize linens, supplies, and equipment safely.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or discrepancies promptly.
• Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly.
• Maintain public areas and back-of-house spaces as needed.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
