Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated hotel housekeeping associate to maintain guest rooms and supply areas in a clean, organized, and professional manner. You will follow brand standards, assist guests, and support hotel operations with reliable, courteous service.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a hospitable attitude and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience in lodging, housing, hotels, hospitals, or care facilities preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
• Must learn/use computer systems for daily tasks such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms to brand standards and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of supply areas and equipment.
• Follow training and safety procedures; communicate with supervisors.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to grooming, uniform, and professional appearance standards.
