Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.

• Physical stamina and mobility for cleaning tasks and lifting supplies.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Service guest rooms daily including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities.
• Stock and organize carts with cleaning supplies and room essentials.
• Replace bed linens and make beds to hotel standards.
• Conduct deep cleaning activities as needed (carpets, upholstery, sanitation).
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep rooms in good condition.
• Follow safety, security, and company standards at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
