Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a dependable Housekeeper / Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in our Charlotte hotel. You will follow brand standards, restock supplies, and uphold safety and privacy for guests.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and a positive, guest‑oriented attitude. Primary shift duties include cleaning, organizing, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and guest service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and consistently maintain hotel brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
• Remove trash and recyclables from guest rooms and corridors.
• Provide friendly and professional guest assistance and respond to requests.
• Report guest concerns or service issues to leadership to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Notify maintenance staff of any equipment issues or repairs needed.
• Follow lost and found procedures and maintain guest privacy and security.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions or hazards.
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Support additional housekeeping duties and special projects as assigned.
