Qualifications

• No formal education requirement; ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently; stand, walk, and bend during shift.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen to guests and co-workers.
• Experience in housekeeping or hotel setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily.
• Change linens and make beds to hotel standards.
• Replenish supplies and amenities as per company standards.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on daily priorities and assist team.
• Respond to guest requests and report issues promptly.
