Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Room Attendant at a premier Miami Beach property to maintain clean guestrooms and deliver courteous service to guests. You will clean, restock supplies, and prepare housekeeping carts while keeping hallways neat and reporting maintenance needs as needed.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in hotel settings.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Restock cleaning supplies and prepare housekeeping carts.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms and corridors.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and public areas.
• Report missing items and maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
