Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean and attractive guestrooms while delivering attentive, courteous service to guests. You will follow established standards, restock supplies, and communicate any needs to the housekeeping team.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong guest-facing communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and communicate effectively with guests.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties (guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen for housekeeping cart).
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets clean and vacuumed.
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report missing items to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report maintenance repairs to Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
