Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated room attendant for the Hampton Inn Jekyll Island. You will clean and service guestrooms and public areas, ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards and are prepared promptly for guests.

The role requires friendly, service-oriented interaction with guests, ability to follow written and oral instructions, and a strong attention to detail. High school diploma required; prior housekeeping experience preferred; must maintain neat appearance

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping or hotel-related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, or scheduled form.
• Friendly, service-oriented approach to guests and employees.
• Calmly address and resolve conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduling varies by property.
• Present a professional appearance with proper uniform and nametag.
• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to company standards; beds, dusting, vacuuming, etc.
• Show strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Be a team player and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to company standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, mop, and tidy closets.
• Restock bathroom supplies and room amenities.
• Ensure each room is shut and latched upon leaving for guest safety.
• Address guest requests as needed and maintain high service levels.
