Job summary

Loews Kansas City Hotel is seeking a detail‑driven Room Attendant who will ensure spotless guest spaces and a welcoming atmosphere. You will replace linens and amenities, report issues promptly, and keep carts stocked while providing helpful information about hotel services.

This role requires a flexible schedule and a professional appearance. Candidates with basic English skills and prior hotel experience are preferred; veterans and community members are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels’ standards.
• Replace linens, amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and irregularities to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
